Do you mean "accessible via a web browser" or do you mean "must be connected to the internet to function properly"?

Although I primarily mean the former. Basically, I'm doing a (very quick and very unprofessional) survey of all the non-locally installed CAT tools around at the moment, and trying to test them all. Just for kicks. And because I like to keep an eye on what people are up to, potentially with a view to borrowing interesting new ideas.
