XLIFF can be a solution. Many CAT tools can create XLIFF files, that you can process with your preferred CAT tool. Which must be able to process them of course.

XLIFF can be a solution. Many CAT tools can create XLIFF files, that you can process with your preferred CAT tool. Which must be able to process them of course.
