Establishing TM from Scanned Docs

Hello,

Sorry if this is a repeat post, thought I would try the forum.

I primarily translate scanned medical records, letters from insurance companies, etc. Recently, I've noticed a lot of repeated content (most if not all letters from insurance companies are generic). I would love to have a TM to make the work easier, but, like I mentioned, I pretty much only work with scanned documents.

Does anyone have any recommendations for establishing a TM with this type of file? Or, is my only solution looking through previous projects until I find matching content.
