Virtaal can't translate DOCX files but it can view XLIFF files. It can also translate certain XLIFF files, but I would not trust it with SDLXLIFF or TXLF or MXLIFF files myself (the project has not seen any development for years). What's interesting is how different two XLIFF files look in Virtaal:

It doesn't get a fuzzy match from the previous segment, but instead shows matches from the Amagama public TM.

It gets a fuzzy match from the previous segment.
