Extract only matching segments from TM

Hello everyone

I have a TM with 500 000 segments in it, and a source file with 500 segments in it. My CAT tool is going to go a lot faster if I could trim down the large TM to something smaller that contains only 95-100% matching segments (or only the highest one or two matches per segment). Do you know of a tool that can extract only matching segments from a TM?
