SDL Trados for Hindi Translation

Hi
Anyone who is working as an English to Hindi translator, have they use SDL trados software cloud based service for translation work? SDL offers a basic machine translation but I'm not satisfied with that.
Can you anyone tell me which one is better SDL cloud service or API paid service through SDL?
