I don't know this program and can't help, but I am posting for tabs and posterity.
I've been having an issue with Ctrl X and Ctrl V lately, only on MemoQ 2013 (off-line) with Win10.
But sometimes it works.
Copy-paste always works.
Cut-paste works in every other program.
No idea what causes this behaviour, so I'll keep an eye on this discussion.
