Trados Studio 2019 is not good for translating DITA yet.

For example, Studio does not handle .ditamap files or DITA glossaries (at least not right out of the box).

A map is a key file in DITA, as it contains translatable content and has references to all topics that you would have to translate.

If you need to translate DITA, you can create XLIFF files from your DITA maps using XLIFF Manager (free) and then translate the XLIFF in Studio.
