Hello,
The only two I am familiar with are Wordfast Anywhere (WFA) and Wordbee (WB).
WFA is a super low-cost tool but lacks some of the features you might need as an agency (TMS functionality).
WB is more expensive but it is an all-in-one CAT tool and TMS with a client portal, quoting, invoicing, MT pre-translation APIs, etc.
