SmartCAT works well and is helpful. I like its TM, TB, MT, and QA features.
Another Chinese site named "譯馬網" ( [url removed] ) seems to be learning from SmartCAT and Memsource, and it getting more and more popular in China. You may try and compare the three tools if you are interested.
